ContributorNetwork - COMMENTARY | The new MTV series "Skins" had had its U.S. debut on Jan. 17. The series is set in the Northeast with nine teenagers as the main stars. Their lives are filled with violence, drugs, alcohol and sex. I screened the show and decided I would not let a teenager in my household watch this series. "Skins" has received an MA rating indicating it is not suitable for viewers younger than 17 years old. In addition, the Parents Television Council has called the MTV show "the most dangerous program."
