General Information
- An outdoor lawn venue located in the 10th St Meadow area in the south east corner of Piedmont Park with borders along 10th St and Monroe Dr.
- The Green Concert is a Rain-or-Shine event. This is an outdoor venue, so please dress accordingly including comfortable walking shoes and rain ponchos if the forecast calls for it.
- This is an all general admission venue with a capacity of 49,000. Seating is on the lawn so bring your own blankets or chairs (see restrictions below). There is an excellent sound system and large video screens located through out The Meadow making just about any area of the lawn a good place to settle.
- Food and beverage vendors and plenty of portable toilets are located along the interior venue perimeter. Lines are generally reasonable for an outdoor venue of this size.
- The Green Concert is a car-less event. There will be NO on-site parking at the venue or surrounding neighborhoods. Use MARTA, walk or bike to the Park.
- The nearest MARTA stations are Midtown and Arts Center, located just a few blocks from the Park. After you exit the station, volunteers and signage will guide you on your short walk to the concert. MARTA does provide ADA shuttles to the Park.
VIP General Admission
- The VIP general admission area is located in front of and along the side of the stage and provides an excellent up front and comfortable experience. The VIP experience includes a private hospitality tent with complimentary food and beverages, private air conditioned restrooms, private VIP entrance and VIP laminate.
The Green Concert Rules
- No cameras, video recording devices, coolers, backpacks, grills, lawn chairs or pets allowed in the concert area.
- Only stadium chairs and sand chairs with a maximum leg height of 5 inches are allowed.
- Blankets are allowed.
- Everyone attending, including small children, must have a ticket to enter the concert area. (However, it is strongly recommended to not bring small children due to the sound level.)
- No outside food or beverage allowed. Vendors will be on-site.
- No alcoholic beverages allowed outside of permitted concert area.
